MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION &  EXISTING SERVICES:

WATER CISTERN: The 12,000 liter fresh water cistern marked on the plot plan consists of a 10,000-liter cement cistern and two connecting 1000-liter Fiberglass tanks. The system is powered by a water pump capable of pumping water to the top of the hill for The Bungalow Casa Loma Suites use, as well as various distribution points along the existing road for garden watering and maintenance use.

EMPLOYEES BATHROOM: This is a small to medium size cement construction bathroom with WC, sink and shower meant for employee use. This bathroom is connected to central sewage.

ELECTRICAL: Property is currently equipped with Three phase electric meter with wiring distribution to water cistern, caretakers and storage bodega, existing lighting along length of dirt road and to all garden area and rooms of   Bungalow Casa Loma Suites.
